Twospotted citrus psyllid

Trioza erytreae

Twospotted citrus psyllid (Trioza erytreae) is an insect pest of Rutaceae, especially citrus. It is a native of Asia, Africa and Europe.

Characteristic galls on upper side of lemon leaves caused by Trioza erytreae have corresponding hemispherical concavities on lower surface. It also transmits pathogens such as Citrus Greening.
