Tomato leaf miner (Phthorimea absoluta) is an insect pest. It is a native of South America.
Tuta absoluta is a devastating pest of Tomato and is also reported on potato, eggplant and common beans. It can breed between 10-12 generations a year and each female can lay 250-300 eggs in her life time.
