Ladybird beetle scale predator (Chilocorus kuwanae) is a beneficial insect. It is a native of Asia and was first detected in North Carolina in 1985.

Chilocorus kuwanae is an effective predator of Unaspis euonymia scale insect harmful to Euonymus and other woody landscape plants.
